Our Service Team:
We provide one year warranty on our equipment (after the day of acceptance). During the warranty term, we will provide free service for equipment faults and damage that are not caused by human factors.
We will dispatch technicians to guide with the installation and commissioning at customer’s site, and provide training for device operators.
At least once a year we pay a return visit to provide technical service and support as well as free troubleshooting.
