1.HOT WATER SYSTEM

2. SUGAR DISSOLVING SYSTEM

In the beverage industry, sugar is mostly processed as a watery solution. Therefore, the first step is the production of a standardized sugar syrup. 3. CONCENTRATE DOSING SYSTEM

he main composition of beverage is juice, tea powder, and concentrate which influences much about taste and quality of beverage. Our dissolving & dosing system can largely satisfy variety and versatility requirements of beverage production.

4. BLENDING SYSTEM

Blending system is used to blend the materials such as concentrate, juice , and treated water for futher production according to requirements of processing flow.Mix and homogenize in blending tank as well as sample for test.Calm the mixture down for further production.

5. CIP SYSTEM

The CIP system is designed to conduct compulsory cleaning (to remove dirty on surface) and disinfection (kill bacteria). It is one of important parts of beverage production. CIP system of Tech-long can meet sanitation requirements of beverage industry without dead ends to assure product quality. This system has a compact structure, which occupies less area. It is also easy to operate and convenient to maintain. The main compositions of CIP system are: CIP tube heat exchanger (CIP solution, water heating), CIP tank, electric cabinet and relative pumps, valves, filters, and control parts.
